How to Proceed in Choosing a Home

According to your needs and requirements, we start by identifying the most suitable area for climate, layout, geographical conformation (hill, plain, sea, mountain, city, lake, river, …), based on your personal energy conformation.

Next, the search is narrowed down by identifying the most suitable area (for example, region, province, city). The larger the search area, the greater the chances of finding the ideal home for you!

At this point, it’s up to you to contact real estate agencies and visit the houses (or apartments) that inspire you and meet your requirements, based on the general indications received during the first part of the Home Selection.

Among all the properties you like, we will select a small number (maximum of 4) that we will analyze together in the online meeting. Floor plans and some photos or images from Google Maps or Google Street View are necessary.

By the end of this work (about 2-3 hours for a maximum of 4 homes), you will have an evaluation of the quality of each property, its fundamental characteristics, and predominant influences. In this way, you can consciously choose your home with Feng Shui!
